Please join us for “Starting Where You Are – A Personal Leadership Retreat” October 19-21, 2012 in the Cascades Lodge in beautiful Whistler, BC.
Your registration includes accommodation, all sessions*, keynote, event reception on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday and continental breakfast on Sunday. Our rates are amazing!
To make this retreat even more luxurious, a limited number of one-bedroom suites are available for no extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis (sleeps four). Based on double occupancy. Children under 12 free, however there is a $15 per person per night charge for additional guests. Studios can sleep two in a queen-size bed.
Families are welcome to join you and enjoy Whistler while you are in session, or you can register with a friend or colleague and enjoy a special rate.
The Cascades Lodge does not have a restaurant. One-bedroom suites have a full kitchen while studios have a convenience kitchen. Bring your favourite snacks! To view accommodations click here.

- All retreat costs are in Canadian funds

Note: if you register via the Paypal system, this form is not required as Paypal will notify organizers and you will be sent a confirmation. Please use this form if you are mailing in your registration or it is required at your workplace.
Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers:
Because the event producers incur expenses prior to the retreat, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing or by email by September 30, 2012. A $50 processing fee will be incurred.
- No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
- If you are unable to attend, transfers are welcome at no additional fee. If a transfer is necessary, please email yourpathtolead(at)gmail.com ahead of time or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the event check-in desk on Friday, Oct 19, 2012 (opens at 7:00pm)
- No-shows are liable for the entire retreat fee.
- The event producers reserve the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that the event should have to cancel, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the retreat, but the event producers are not responsible for any attendees’ other related expenses (i.e. travel)
